SUMMARY:Sunday Series Race: Grand Island
DESCRIPTION:This event is a Buffalo Bicycling Club race. You must be a member to participate. To join\, click here. \n  \nParking:\nPark at Beaver Island State Park\, Lot #4 by the disk golf course (Lot located to the right after you pull in the main entrance). \n  \nCourse details:\nClick here for full details. The course is not closed to traffic. Rider’s must obey traffic laws. Yellow line rule strictly enforced. \n  \nSunday Series Individual Scoring:\nThis race is part of the club’s nine-race points series. There will be an ‘A’\, ‘B’\, and ‘Women’ field scored at each race. Points are awarded in each race by finishing place: \n1st = 12 points \n2nd = 9 points \n3rd = 7 points \n4th = 5 points \n5th = 4 points \n6th = 3 points \n7th = 2 points \n8th and on = 1 point for finishing. \nThere will be a *bonus 2 points* awarded to the “most aggressive” rider of each race. \n  \nRider’s best six of nine results will be used for the overall standings and the top three will be awarded at the end of season banquet. Note: Individual standings points are not awarded in the Team Time Trial (TTT) race. \n  \nSunday Series Team Scoring:\nThere will be team scoring in only the ‘A’ field. ALL ten races (includes TTT) count toward the team classification. There are no restrictions on the number of riders per team\, per race. The top three riders of each team will have their points totaled after each race for their team classification scoring. The overall winner will be awarded at the end of season banquet.
