Along with five spectacular and challenging climbs off the beaten path. No Mongi Fondo would be complete with a sweet treat pitstop.  Therefore\, Sprague’s Maple with the half-way refueling stop for their maple frosted cinnamon buns. \nThis 70 mile\, +5000ft elevation will not disappoint.
