The Buffalo Bicycling Club is excited to host a ride from the KAV 3D Printed Helmet Factory!  They have been an integral supporter of the Buffalo Bicycling Club since 2024 and have shifted all of their custom 3D printed helmet production to Buffalo.  This event runs from 6-8pm invites riders and the wider business community to see the KAV factory, their production methods, and their new helmet models!

The Buffalo Bicycling Club will be hosting group rides leaving from the factory at 6pm.

Start and Parking:

Course:

The A group (22 miles) will leave from KAV Helmets at 6pm and roll down the Outer Harbor to Lackawanna, across Martin and East/West Roads through West Seneca, wrapping back around to Seneca St back into the city.  Please ride two-by-two, observe all traffic signals, and follow rider leader’s instructions.  We expect this ride to average between 18-20mph.

The B group (15 miles) route is a shorter version of this loop.  We expect this group to average between 15-17mph.
