
INDIVIDUAL TIME TRIAL
An individual time trial (ITT) is a road race in which cyclists race alone against the clock. The course can be flat, rolling, or up a mountain road.
Road is not closed to vehicles
Hold the white line or shoulder
Yield to faster moving traffic and race groups
COURSE & TACTICS
Flat out and back 6.25 mile course with turnaround using West River Rd. (12.5 mi total race). There will be "cannibal" categories for both men & women (no aero equipment & low aero wheels only!)
This group will lead out all other race categories. Racers in this group are expected to be of a high level of fitness & execute experienced bike handling, group riding and racing skill.
