This is our brand new USA Cycling Sanctioned Event of our local calendar!  Buffalo’s strong tradition of downtown crit racing at great city venues continues!  This is a completely separate event from your BBC Membership and must sign up through our link on Bikereg.com here!  

Parking:

Park at Resurgence Brewing Company, 55 Chicago St, Buffalo, NY 14204  Please be aware that on the criterium course, the road will be completely closed to traffic.  Please follow the instructions on where to park.  Plan on coming at the Brewery from the north by turning from Michigan Ave onto Ohio St

What You Should Expect on Race Day:

1. A USA Cycling Sanctioned race requires more preparation.  Please plan to arrive 60 minutes early to get into your riding clothes and get your bike ready
2. Head over to the registration tent to get your race number and pin it on your jersey according to the instructions,
3. head out on the bike get a few pedal strokes in the legs to warm up
4. Line up in front of Resurgence Brewery lot 5 minutes before your Category’s race time.  Your race will begin at the sound of the chief referee’s whistle!
5. After your race, head back to check on the results.  You have a 15-minute protest period until results are official.  Follow the instructions of the chief referee.
